Logicor Park Daventry – Progress

Logicor Park, Daventry has been moving at a pace with all three units taking shape. The scheme at Daventry is one of Logicor’s flagship developments. The site is 1.5 mile away from Daventry town centre and has direct access to key motorway and A road networks. 

The 800,000sqft of modern logistics units include on site gyms and amenity areas to improve the wellbeing of those working at the site in the future.

The redevelopment is currently targeting BREEAM Excellent and EPC A with environmental features such as EV charging, PV, LED lighting and rainwater harvesting. With over 4500 additional tress and saplings this all aids in improving the biodiversity of the surrounding area.

With the development due to complete Q1 2025 the buildings and external works are moving at a pace. Our concept of contemporary styling and emphasis on creating a clean and modern aesthetic is truly being realised.
